Well, gang, SPACE was a great time. We spent two days among the indie comic circuit, and for our first show ever, I can’t complain much. We met a lot of really cool people, tons of which we plan to keep in contact with.
Last year, when I (Jordan) walked around SPACE as a fan with Dasch, we decided that we’d be on the other side of the table come the next year, and we did. It was a great feeling, something to be proud of, really. There were a ton of great creators who congratulated us on that step, and boy did it feel good. Thank you all so much.
We were right between Last Call comics and the creators of the quickly rising Apama book. They were both great, and shared a lot of helpful information. Right across from us was a man named Steven Myers, and he was great too. He really knew his comic books! The rest of the people (outside my immediate voice range) were all very friendly and willing to talk about anything and everything.
We’re really looking forward to working with some of these people as well. There was so much cool art that it was impossible to look at it all. I’d like to thank everyone who bought anything we were peddling, it really means a lot.
We’re very excited that we met our goal, we got to SPACE, and it went better than we could have hoped. Thank you all, and we hope to see you again somewhere on the con circuit.
